1. Overview

All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Gelato.com
​
Each product is custom printed upon purchase. For this reason:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
  • Production and delivery time-frames are estimates only
 
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this made-to-order model.
 
SHIPPING
 
2. Production Time
 
Production typically takes:
  • 2 to 5 business days for most products
  • Longer during peak periods or high-volume events
 
Production begins once payment is successfully processed.
 
We are not liable for production delays outside our reasonable control. Please note that, in particular, the independent operations of our production partner, Gelato.com are reasonably out of our control.
 
3. Delivery Time-frames
 
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
 
Australia estimated delivery: 2 to 7 business days after production.
 
International estimated delivery: 5 to 20 business days after production.
 
All delivery time-frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
 
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Postal services or couriers
  • Customs processing
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Force majeure events
 
4. Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
 
5. Customs, Duties & International Orders
 
For orders shipped outside Australia:
  • Customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • We have no control over customs processing times
 
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order may be destroyed or returned. In such cases:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional re-shipment fees may apply
 
6. Risk and Title
 
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
 
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate.
 
We are not responsible for loss arising from incorrect address details provided by you.
 
7. Multiple Shipments
 
Products may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.
 
Additional shipping charges may apply where displayed at checkout.
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
 
8. Australian Consumer Law
 
Nothing in this Policy excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
 
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:
  • A refund or replacement
  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss
 
If a failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or financially discount the item.
 
9. Change of Mind
 
Because all products are made to order:
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection
  • We do not offer refunds for delays outside our control
 
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchase.
 
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
 
If you receive a product that is:
  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
 
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • A description of the issue
 
Failure to notify us within this time-frame may limit available remedies.
 
If approved, we will arrange, at our discretion:
  • A replacement, or
  • A discount or refund
 
We may require the item to be returned.
 
11. Lost Parcels
 
If tracking shows a parcel as 'delivered':
  • We are not responsible for theft after delivery
  • Customers should contact the carrier directly
 
If a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
 
12. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels
 
If delivery fails due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect from postal outlet
  • Refusal of delivery
 
The parcel may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.
 
In such cases:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Re-shipment costs must be paid before dispatch
  • Any refund would be offered entirely at our discretion
 
13. Digital Products (Where Offered)
 
Digital downloads:
  • Are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
  • Are licensed for personal use only
  • Must not be shared, resold or distributed
 
Refunds for digital products will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
