Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

7. Fulfillment and Shipping

All merchandise is printed and fulfilled by Gelato.com through its global print network.

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal or courier services
Customs processing
International shipping disruptions

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (including the Australian Consumer Law).

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

A refund or replacement
Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss

If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or financially discount the item.

Because products are made-to-order via print-on-demand, change-of-mind including 'it doesn't fit' returns are not accepted unless proven to be required by law.

9. Digital Products

Where digital downloads are offered:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the content
Files must not be shared, resold or uploaded to file-sharing platforms

All digital sales are final unless required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.
